What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, though rates remain unchanged. However, if there are no prior or subsequent bookings, we can accommodate flexible check-in times.

Are pets allowed at the resort?

Pets are welcome, but limited to dogs and cats. An entrance fee applies, varying according to the pet's size. Additionally, a ₱1,000 refundable security deposit is required, along with a signed agreement. Kindly notify us ahead of time if you'll be bringing a pet and contact our receptionist if you have question for the security deposit details.

Is Wi-Fi available at the resort?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in rooms and public areas.

Are there any dining options or food establishments within the resort where I can purchase meals?

At the moment, we don't have on-site dining options. Therefore, we advise our guests to bring their own provisions during their stay.

Can we access the lake activities and pool without booking a room? What's the arrangement for day-use guests?

Yes,we offer day/night-use access to our lake activities and pool for guests who aren't booking a room. There will be a mandatory individual rate for this type of access.

Do you host events like birthdays, weddings, and team-building activities?

We welcome events and offer flexibility for guests who prefer to bring in their own catering. We have designated spots on the farm where catering services can be set up, ensuring a seamless experience for your event.

Can we cook at the resort?

Yes, we offer cooking facilities for our guests. You can prepare meals in our designated cooking areas, and we provide stove rentals with butane. If you have any specific requirements or questions about our cooking facilities, please don't hesitate to let us know

Do infants or babies require an entrance fee?

Children aged 2 and below are entitled to free entrance and are not included in the headcount.

Is there a discount for seniors and PWDs (Persons with Disabilities)?

Senior citizens and PWDs get a PHP 150 discount on total bookings and entrance fees. Please present a valid ID and be present to avail of the discount.
